WHY I am here

I am Nora Hoffmann, creatively known as Norah Noush,  born and raised in Luxembourg with my soul being a nomad, in love with many places in the world. My love for movement started very early in life, in particular dance. I was fascinated in the psychology of dance and how we function as human beings.
On one hand, I am a professional movement artist, a dancer, a choreographer, a movement director and dance teacher.
On the other hand, I am a psychomotricity and massage therapist, a movement coach, and offer online guidance in lifestyle, mental support (concentration, self-confidence,..) or for your dance journey (mentorship, performance training,...)

I am here to offer my services all connected to the body and movement.

Whether you are looking for powerful choreography, a strong performance, how to level up in the industry or how to increase your confidence, in dance as well as in life.
I would like to help you connect to yourself and your body to access the life you desire to live.

MY JOURNEY
as dancer and “soulguide”

I was very fortunate to grow up in an open household. Open to people, ideas and cultures. The house was always filled with all kinds of music genres, moving our bodies was a norm and traveling around the world was part of our lifestyle. This seeded my joy and love for movement and dance.

My dance journey has never stopped since and my curiosity towards all kinds of music genders and cultures has grown. Although this gave me a taste of a variety of different dance styles, street dance art forms stole my attention.

In 2015, I graduated from Leonardo da Vinci's High School in Brussel as a psychometrician. The key areas in my studies were movement analysis, the human development from infant to adult and practical courses containing meditation, relaxation and movement therapy techniques.
Throughout my life, I often traveled (Africa, South America, Europe), which allowed me to discover different cultures, their approach to movement and the body as well as its importance within a society and a person’s well-being.

After working part-time as a psychometrician and part-time as a dancer in Luxembourg, I left for Berlin in 2018 to do a dance programme for nine-months. This programme covered many different dance styles such as hip hop, contemporary, heels, afro, and "fluent body", led by F. Lamarca. This art form inspired me as a dancer and as a therapist bringing me closer to the benefits of movement and the connection to oneself. The purpose of this art form was to offer people a moment of peace, a space to reconnect to body and soul. As a dancer, I felt that I often needed massages and rest. This art form helped me to lower stress, give my body the energy it needed, revitalize and focus. My interest grew stronger, and I deepened my knowledge in massage and relaxation methods, which brought me to complete my first massage course in 2019 and complete a course in Sophrology 2020. Along the way, I kept up my career as a professional dancer for live performances and music videos. I continued teaching regular classes and creating my own projects (ReadMore: The Artist). I never stopped being a student myself, by visiting classes in different countries (Paris, BXL) whilst living between London and Luxembourg. (Read More on :Artist).

I am able to combine my two passions: Dance and Somatic Therapy. These can be practiced simultaneously, developed and have the ability to support each other. I believe I can enrich people’s lives by adapting this knowledge and service to their physical or emotional needs. I offer a welcoming and warmhearted space with the aim to open for transformations and growth.

So let’s move, jump, talk, relax… tell me what you need… I want to help.
