For whom? Open to everyone who enjoys dancing.

What to expect? We will delve into exercises that will help you connect with yourself, your body, and mind. There will be moments where you explore individually and other moments where we play with the idea of being part of a group and learning how to listen to one another.

Practical information!

• Please ensure you arrive on time so that we can all start together and maintain the flow of our group dynamic. Also, this helps us finish on time =)
• Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a sweater to start just so you won’t get cold. We will be barefoot or in socks (please keep in mind that the floor might be cold).
• Bring enough water to stay hydrated.
• Please bring a notebook and pen.

INFO: None of the exercises are obligatory. You do what feels right for you! I will make suggestions that you may choose to follow, as long as your choices do not disrupt the group.

CREATIVE PROCESS

12:00 PM - 3:30 PM

For whom? Open to dancers with some experience in choreography, although no specific style knowledge required.

What to expect? We will engage in improvisation exercises to discover your movement. You will learn a small choreography that you will try to incorporate into your body. As a group, we will create a visual using the choreography we've learned and the improvisation elements, which will be filmed at the end of the class.

Please remember that it's more about the process than the result. =)

Practical information!

• Wear comfortable clothing. Please wear black, gray, or beige without any large logos or branding, if possible (one color for both top and bottom, and you can choose whether it's a long sleeve, T-shirt, etc.).
• Bring enough water to stay hydrated.
• Please bring a notebook and pen.
• Keep in mind that there is a class before, so if the door is closed, please wait until I let you into the space.
