For whom? Open to everyone who enjoys dancing.
What to expect? We will delve into exercises that will help you connect with yourself, your body, and mind. There will be moments where you explore individually and other moments where we play with the idea of being part of a group and learning how to listen to one another.
Practical information!
- Please ensure you arrive on time so that we can all start together and maintain the flow of our group dynamic. Also, this helps us finish on time =)
- Wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a sweater to start just so you won’t get cold. We will be barefoot or in socks (please keep in mind that the floor might be cold).
- Bring enough water to stay hydrated.
- Please bring a notebook and pen.
INFO: None of the exercises are obligatory. You do what feels right for you! I will make suggestions that you may choose to follow, as long as your choices do not disrupt the group.
