Thank you for showing interest in MOVE-D and a little X-MAS / before NEW YEAR's EVE NIGHT!

Here's all the information you need =) :

18:45–21:00: Choreography (Open Level)

21:00–23:00: The SPACE is (y)ours (Share & Connect )

The whole workshop is about your dance, connection to others and creative freedom.

You can join for both parts or just one—whatever works best for you! =)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Part 1: Choreography

We’ll learn choreography and explore tools to deepen self-connection and presence. While it’s helpful to have some experience learning choreography, this is a safe space to challenge yourself and grow.

Part 2: The SPACE is (y)ours

This is an open space for everyone who would like to be in a given space and use it however you’d like; Dance alone or with friends, exchange, connect, journal, watch others move, jam....You do you =)

I’ll provide a playlist with good vibes, but I am open to song suggestions! Feel free to send them over in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTES

There’s no obligation to stay for the whole part of "SPACE is yours" — come and go as you like, but if you know you plan to come, please let me know, so I know how many we are =) Drop-ins are welcome if you decide last-minute!
