Do you often feel disconnected to yourself, to your body, to the present moment? Do you feel tensioned, stressed, sluggish, listless, unsocial, trapped in your own body? Do you just want to get rid of things, thoughts, bad habits?

DESCRIPTION
In Bodysoulfow I offer a space to get rid of these feelings. Bodysoulfow is where the body and soul are flowing, connecting and therefore strengthening. The Bodysoulflow course is a place to connect with ourselves, merge body and mind and revitalize our resources, our energies, experience physical sensations and find pleasure in the movement, leading to self-love. A discovery of one's own body, its possibilities to move by becoming aware of its different structures and abilities. All this will take place in a safe and benevolent setting with, on the one hand, guided moments and given propositions, inspired by "Fluentbody"(1) and “Expression primitive”(2). On the other hand, each participant will have the opportunity to develop their own dance during moments of exploration, improvisation and free dance. The guided exercises give the main frame and permits every participant a deeper embodiment and consciousness about their sensations in the present moment, but each participant participates in its own rhythm and capacity.
*1."Fluentbody"( A class I took with Florencia Lamarca in Berlin) is a somatic therapy method inspired by "Gaga", which represents the language of movement. Gaga was developed by Ohad Naharin throughout his work as choreographer and artistic director of Batsheva Dance Company.
2.The primitive expression is a dynamic collective dance, rhythmic, joyful and playful, easily accessible by all it allows everyone to awaken the dancer who sleeps in himself, to develop his sense of rhythm, to externalize and channel his energy, to connect with others. The primitive expression ownes its name to Herns Duplan and later, France Schott-Billmann, Dance-Therapist and ethnopsychanalyst who brought more structure to "the ritual" of primitive expression while developing its therapeutic and symbolic dimension.
