We use relaxation as a media in psychomotricity to work on our
Body awareness “Schéma corporel”, Body Image (Image du corps)
Regulation of our “tonus” (muscle tone)
Psychological and emotional effects
The aim is to bring a statement of “release of the body and the mind”.
There are different forms of relaxation. These can be done in a passive or more active way (ex: By breathing exercices, visualisation exercices) through verbal guidance and conduction and/or therapeutic massage/ toucher.
