The word “relax” comes from the Latin word “relaxar” and means “liberate, release”.​

We use relaxation as a media in psychomotricity to work on our

  • Body awareness “Schéma corporel”, Body Image (Image du corps)

  • Regulation of our “tonus” (muscle tone)

  • Psychological and emotional effects


The aim is to bring a statement of “release of the body and the mind”.

There are different forms of relaxation. These can be done in a passive or more active way (ex: By breathing exercices, visualisation exercices) through verbal guidance and conduction and/or therapeutic massage/ toucher.

I propose :

- 1 to 1 sessions / Groupe sessions

- Live or online sessions
